If you buy a home on our lot, delivery & setup would be scheduled often times in less than 2-3 weeks. Buying a custom home factory-direct takes a bit longer, due to the factory backlog, material availability, and production schedule. Generally it is less than 3-6 months but can take shorter or longer depending on factors out of our control.
